BUCHAREST
WELCOME!
One of the highlights - during this month, the city/country is celebrating their annual Old Bucharest Festival. This festival is celebrated to honor the traditions of Bucharest. Local people roam the streets of Old Bucharest in traditional Romanian costumes. Parades are held to showcase the vivid and vibrant culture of Bucharest. Markets selling traditional products and goods are set up on the streets. Several outdoor concerts are held. Locals and foreigners can take rides in horse carriages throughout the old town.
Celebration of the city as it was 150 years ago.

Bucharest is where modern sophistication meets a rich and varied history. It is a city where you may feel small faults or rough edges yet compensates with its magnificent buildings such as Nicolae Ceausescu’s Palace of Parliament. It's the "Paris of the East" with delightful cafes and delicious restaurants, especially near Lipscani Street, galleries, antique shops and concert halls.

July 02 Sun: Tour of the Idyllic Sibiu

9:00am Tour and Be Bewildered! It's a perfect place to wander around and get used after awhile with the stares from HOUSES WITH EYES! We will meander in its lovely squares and definitely NOT MISS THE LIAR'S BRIDGE.

SIGHISOARA and BRASOV
July 03 Mon: Tour of UNESCO World Heritage Sighisoara
8:00am Breakfast. Hotel Check Out in Sibiu.
9:00am Tour Pick Up. Lunch Included.
Sighisoara is a perfectly intact 16th century gem with nine towers, cobbled streets, burgher houses and ornate churches rivals the historic streets of Old Prague or Vienna for atmospheric magic. It is also the birthplace of Vlad Dracula, also known as Vlad Tepes (Vlad the Impaler), ruler of the province of Walachia from 1456 to 1462. - It was he who inspired Bram Stoker's fictional creation, Count Dracula.
5:00pm Drive to Brasov.

BRASOV -
The 13th-century city transports you back in time with an unassuming tangible authenticity.
Brasov is not pretending to be a medieval city. It actually is. The gravel underfoot and the gothic church transport you to a different time.
