​​Arrival in Paris at Charles de Gaulle Int'l Airport.

NOTE: You will only be picked up from Charles de Gaulle Int'l airport to our Hotel in Paris and vice versa is only for: 

PLEASE NOTE that private transfer services offer door-to-door, pricey, and should be booked in advance.

​

For some reasons (late arrival, etc.), there are several options. Please get in touch with me.  

- RER B Train: Fast, affordable and reliable. This connects CDG to central Paris (Gare du Nord, etc.) in 35 - 40 minutes for at least €11+

- For taxis, you'll find ranks after baggage reclaim in each terminal and expect it to be pricey. 

- Ride-sharing services like Uber or Bolt can be accessed through their respective apps, with designated pickup areas within the airport. Look for signs.

- Private transfer services offer door-to-door service and can be booked in advance.

- Louvre Museum Tour: Spotlight on women in art e.g. the enigmatic Mona Lisa, paintings of Marie de Medici

Note: Louvre Museum is huge that you need to revisit this on your own.

Note: First Friday of the month: The museum is free for all visitors on the first Friday of every month (except July and August) after 6 p.m.

- Palais Galliera / Musée de la Mode (Fashion Museum): Explore Parisian style history

- Pop into Galeries Lafayette rooftop for panoramic views

​- Tour Jardin des Tuileries en route to the next stop

- Tour of Montmartre: Women artists, cabaret stars, and literary muses​

- Eiffel Tower, etc.

2:00 PM Lunch at Le Marche Couvert for huge charcuterie servings with bubbly wines at Boucherie Les Bous Vivants or similar. You can try fresh oysters (pay your own). This outdoor and indoor market is open year round.

2:00 pm A Picnic Light Lunch at Jardin des Tuileries (coffee shops are nearby for wines, drinks, or coffee)

Musée d'Orsay - A former train station turned temple of Impressionism, featuring Monet, Degas, Van Gogh, and more.

​Tip: Don’t miss the giant clock window upstairs (it’s a dreamy photo spot).

- An Italian restaurant (can't remember name, will be emailed). It has gorgeous interiors and Italian plates and from the restaurant: It is no ordinary restaurant, we'll let you in on a little secret: down in the basement lies a hidden speakeasy-style bar, just waiting to be discovered.

- Le Dome Cafe for seafood in Montparnasse where Picasso, Hemingway, Voltaire and Anthony Bourdain visited.

June 26 Friday: VERSAILLES, GIVERNY, and if time allows - the Loire Valley 

Wandering through Giverny feels like stepping into Monet’s brushstrokes—lush gardens, lily ponds, and pastel shutters whispering stories of impressionist wonder. Just a short journey away, Versailles dazzles with golden grandeur and sweeping symmetry, where every hall and garden echoes centuries of opulence and intrigue. Together, they offer a poetic contrast: one intimate and blooming with artistic soul, the other majestic and steeped in royal legacy.

June 28 Sunday: Flea Markets, Hidden Ateliers, 'Thrifting' and More!​

I am not an expert but has done this a few times. Do join me wander, get lost, and dive into Paris’s treasure troves for vintage and quirky finds. I am not an expert but we will try to chase sweet bargains (yes, they do exist!) especially at Marché aux Puces de Saint-Ouen: one of the largest flea markets in the world treasures. Let our instincts lead the way!​

In the heart of the city, bicycles glide past colorful to golden townhouses, tulips nod in window boxes, and the scent of fresh stroopwafels dances through the air. June 29 Monday: Depart Paris and Arrive in Amsterdam by Train - pay your own fare. 

Tickets and Transfers on your own.​

The Eurostar high-speed train (formerly Thalys) is our best option - fast, comfy, and city-center to city-center.​

​The high-speed Eurostar train from Amsterdam to Paris is your best bet for speed and comfort. It departs at 12:10 PM from Amsterdam Centraal and arrives at Paris Gare du Nord, taking as little as 3 hours and 20 minutes​​

​​​​​Suggested time schedule: 

12:00 pm or so: Depart Amsterdam and Arrive Paris after three hours and twenty minutes.
