Pricing Structure:
Double Occupancy / Shared Room Total Cost: $ 7,180.00 (inclusive of applicable taxes and required deposits)
Cost per Participant: $ 3, 590.00
Double occupancy accommodations are limited to a maximum of two (2) participants per room. Participants sharing a room will share the total accommodation cost for eight (8) nights and nine (9) days. Bedding configurations may include one king, one queen, or two twin beds, subject to availability.
Each participant is individually responsible for all additional costs, including but not limited to:

Participants electing double occupancy must arrange their own roommate. Cultural Wanderer does not guarantee roommate placement or matching.
Single Occupancy Total Cost: $ 4,870.00
Single occupancy accommodations are designated for one (1) participant per room. The participant is solely responsible for the full cost of accommodations for eight (8) nights and nine (9) days, including breakfast where applicable.
The participant is also individually responsible for:

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per participant is required to secure participation.

The remaining balance is due on April 15, 2027 and is non-refundable.

Full payment must be completed no later than April 15, 2027. All payments are non-refundable after this date.
If cancellation occurs on or after April 15, 2027, one hundred percent (100%) of the total trip cost will be forfeited, regardless of reason.
Payments may be made via cash, check, money order, Venmo (@Henna-Fuller), or PayPal (mahenna_2000@yahoo.com).
Please note: Payments made by credit card may be subject to additional processing fees.

Cultural Wanderer strongly advises participants to review all health, safety, and entry requirements for Tanzania and Rwanda prior to travel.
Changes and Cancellations by Organizer
Cultural Wanderer / Hegina A. Fuller reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or scheduled activities as deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, safety considerations, or operational requirements.
In the unlikely event that Cultural Wanderer cancels the trip, a refund will be issued in an amount deemed appropriate, less any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.
