April 22 Thursday: ARRIVAL IN PARIS at Charles de Gaulle Int'l Airport.
Airport transfer and hotel check in at Hotel Caron de Beaumarchais, Le Marais (or similar):
This is in a charming, intimate, very Parisian, and well located for cafés, boutiques, and neighborhood walks.
Relax.
Group Dinner at TBA.
April 23 Friday to April 24 Saturday: CULTURAL TOURS OF THE CITY & NEARBY
Breakfast. Lunches Included and water. Other drinks are yours.
Tour Guide: Samantha Gabbert, A Kansas City native who lives in Paris.
Paris orientation: Île de la Cité, Notre-Dame exterior, Latin Quarter, Seine River Walk.
Louvre or Musée d’Orsay, Tuileries Garden, café time, local flavors, optional evening Seine cruise.
Le Marais cultural walk, Jewish Quarter, boutiques, Place des Vosges.
Montmartre morning: Sacré-Cœur, Artists’ Square, Hidden Lanes
April 25 Sunday: Free or Flea Day with Paris by Night: Vaudeville & Cabaret
Breakfast and Cabaret Dinner with Champagne
Suggested Experience: Join me, if you’d like, to wander and treasure‑hunt through Paris’s vintage flea markets (les puces).
Note: I am not an expert on this but I'm sure we will have fun.
6:00 pm or earlier Prepare for departure for Moulin Rouge for 7pm show:
Moulin Rouge (Montmartre): Iconic, splashy production with cancan, big sets, and strong “bucket‑list” appeal.
April 26 Wednesday: Free Day
Breakfast
Suggested experiences: Tour Versailles and nearby, enroll in cooking class and perfume workshop, market tour and more.
April 27 Tuesday: High-speed Train and ARRIVAL IN AMSTERDAM
Breakfast then Paris Hotel Check Out
Train Transfer (2+ hours)
Amsterdam Arrival and Hotel Check at Mr. Jordaan, Jordaan or similar.
Suggested Experiences: Canal Walk. Relax.

April 28 Wednesday to April 29 Thursday: TOURS OF THE CITY & NEARBY
Breakfasts and Lunches included with water.

Pricing Structure:
Double Occupancy / Shared Room Total Cost: $8,080.00 (inclusive of applicable taxes and required deposits)
Cost per Participant: $4,040.00
Double occupancy accommodations are limited to a maximum of two (2) participants per room. Participants sharing a room will share the total accommodation cost for eight (10) nights and nine (11) days. Bedding configurations may include one king, one queen, or two twin beds, subject to availability.
Each participant is individually responsible for all additional costs, including but not limited to:

Ground transportation and transfers

Entrance fees, permits, and event tickets
Participants electing double occupancy must arrange their own roommate. Cultural Wanderer does not guarantee roommate placement or matching.
Single Occupancy Total Cost: $5,050
Single occupancy accommodations are designated for one (1) participant per room. The participant is solely responsible for the full cost of accommodations for eight (10) nights and nine (11) days, including breakfast where applicable.
The participant is also individually responsible for:

Entrance fees and event tickets
Payment Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per participant is required to secure participation.

The remaining balance is due on March 15, 2027 and is non-refundable.

Full payment must be completed no later than March 15, 2027. All payments are non-refundable after this date.
If cancellation occurs on or after March 15, 2027, one hundred percent (100%) of the total trip cost will be forfeited, regardless of reason.
Payments may be made via cash, check, money order, Venmo (@Henna-Fuller), or PayPal (mahenna_2000@yahoo.com).
Please note: Payments made by credit card may be subject to additional processing fees.

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documentation.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and must be submitted prior to departure.

Cultural Wanderer strongly advises participants to review all health, safety, and entry requirements for Tanzania and Rwanda prior to travel.
Changes and Cancellations by Organizer
Cultural Wanderer / Hegina A. Fuller reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or scheduled activities as deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, safety considerations, or operational requirements.
In the unlikely event that Cultural Wanderer cancels the trip, a refund will be issued in an amount deemed appropriate, less any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.

THE INDEMNIFICATION & LIABILITY DOCUMENT WILL BE EMAILED to the participant to read, sign, and mailed back two weeks before departure date.
